The 1,200-room, four-diamond Disneyland Hotel features eight award-winning

Owned by Wrather Corporation until the Walt Disney Company purchased Wrather
in 1988, the Disneyland Hotel included Vacationland, a 500-space recreational
vehicle park; Tennisland, a ten-court full facility tennis club; Wrather
Purchasing, a wholesale hospitality industry purchasing and installation
company; and Wrather Management, a hotel management company managing such hotels
as the 700-room Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA and the 500-room Canyon Resort
Hotel and Golf Course in Palm Springs, CA. The Disneyland Hotel generated
revenue for Wrather Corporation of over $75-million.
